Why was the track not called out of service and switches thrown to route to the next track? IF a contractor is working on a line they should have no trains on that line and cordination to alternate trains and work. There is a lot more failures on this than the guy on the phone.

My family owned a liquor store for 20 years, my dad was robbed at gunpoint about once every other year. I only got robbed once, when I was closing up by myself. To this day I don't fully know how to process the entire thing. He comes up while I was locking the door and semi-aggressively points the gun at my face and just calmly says "You know what's up." I think I just sighed and like dropped my shoulders. He walks me to the register, and then lowers the gun and de-cocks the hammer, at this point he knows I'm in no position to like fight or whatever. I remember I was standing there, had already given him the money, and looked at him and just said "Dude, you have to go now!" And I swear, he just looked up at me, nodded, said sorry and left. Quite possibly the weirdest interaction I've ever experienced in my life. I've done business for years now, and have had to sit there and smile and joke with people I know have over-charged or lied to me about tens of thousands of dollars.
